Because there are often different companies that provide landline vs. cellular service, the rates for those calls being received are set by the individual carriers.

If not listed separately, your cost will be the same as the basic country rate.
Are there any additional charges?
If you want to order a dedicated personal or virtual number in a particular country, there is a small monthly fee for the phone number you order and set up. (Starting at $1 / month for each service). Otherwise there are no additional charges.

NOTE: When using an approved PhonePhilippines.com dialer and you are connected via Wi-Fi, you will not incur data charges that your cell phone provider may charge.

Yes, if your smartphone is compatible with the local country's network. If not, you can still make calls by either using a Wi-Fi connection or an international local access number.
Please note that you may incur roaming charges from your wireless provider if you are making calls internationally via 3G/4G (this applies for calls made with the smartphone app, and those to local access numbers). We recommend using a Wi-Fi connection.
I would like to make an international call to a cell phone. Will the person I call incur any additional charges?
Charges that may be incurred by the people you call are not treated any different because you are dialing using your PhonePhilippines.com account.
What is an international local access number?
The local number to that particular country/city that is being dialed from. Local access numbers can be found at the bottom of your Account Offline Access page after you have signed in.
How do I retrieve my PhonePhilippines.com Account Number or Activation code?
If you did not receive your activation code after registration, you can resend it via the login page. Your account number will appear on the top of the page after you have successfully logged in.
Can I change my PhonePhilippines.com account number? I have a new phone number and would like to use it as my account number.
Since your account is by user name and not phone number, you only need to change your contact number in the event we need to reach you.
If you have call forwarding set up, and would like to change the phone number that your calls are being forwarded to, you can do so on the Personal Number Manage Features page.
